Amazon offers a Brand Accelerator Program that helps you get up and running quickly on their Brand Registry.

This article will help you understand the process and the steps needed to move on to the next section. We will focus on a brand-new seller.

Steps: 3 Easy Steps

1. Trademark application (Lawyer)
2. Submit a Trademark application to the IP department of Amazon
3. The Lawyer submits a PDF document to the seller. The seller will need to register the brand on https://brandregistry.amazon.com/ using the lawyer's PDF.

Kenneth and Associates will send you a PDF with all the information about the trademark. You will use this information or this PDF to submit your trademark.

The seller then must register the brand on their brand registry page.

Tips: Use the same login for Amazon Seller and Brand Registry. Keep in mind the two different platforms.

There will be three steps (see purple circle) 👇.

1. Brand Information (Image of the logo on product, etc)
2. Business Information (Business ID, Tax EIN)
3. Manufacture & Distributor (most sellers are classified as distributors)
