Brand Tailored Promotions enables targeted promo codes across six audience types.

  • 1# Brand Followers: Customers who have clicked to follow your brand in Amazon’s store.
  • 2# Repeat Customers: Customers who have ordered your brand’s products more than once in the last 12 months.
  • 3# Recent Customers: The most recent customers who have purchased from your brand.
  • 4# High-Spend Customers: The highest-spending customers with your brand in the last 12 months.
  • 5# Potential New Customers: Customers who have clicked on your brand and products or added to your cart recently but have not purchased in the last 12 months.

Where to access the Brand Tailored Promotions?

The brand-tailored promotions that all sellers want to focus on are Cart Abandoners.

Biweekly, you want to launch an abandon cart email. You have to schedule biweekly because you want to see the abandonment cart users drop. If your cart abandonment number is not dropping, this might be a bad sign.
  1. Set up tailer branded promotion biweekly. Set it from Sunday to Saturday or Monday to Sunday. You want a solid 7 days for better performance.
  2. If you are selling 1 or a handful of products and your total orders are less than 300 orders. Run the Tailer branded promotions every month.
  3. If you are selling 300K per month or more, you want to run a Tailer Branded Promotion each week, especially if you're product assortment is more than 15 SKUs.
  4. 15% OFF is recommended, as it performs better in A/B tests. At 10%, most customers only save on taxes, while 15% can save customers a dollar or two on top of taxes.
